Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Funds can be deposited on vip ta via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for any method is ৳300. Gaming may begin once the deposited amount is reflected in the account.

The account used for deposits and the account used for withdrawals must be the same. Deposits or withdrawals through third-party accounts are not permitted.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Available withdrawal methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (for example: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).

Identity verification must be completed before initiating a withdrawal. To withdraw funds obtained from a bonus, the associated wagering requirement must be met (see section 5 for details).

Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. The first deposit must be ৳300 or more to qualify for this bonus. The bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before any withdrawal can be made.

Example: A deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000. The wagering requirement before withdrawing the bonus is ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000.

5.2 Other Promotions

The following regular promotions are available from vip ta:

• Weekly vip ta Reload Reward: 50% bonus on any deposit each week, up to ৳10,000; 20x wagering; minimum deposit ৳300.
• vip ta Weekend Slot Festival: 75% bonus on deposits into the slots section on weekends, up to ৳15,000; 25x wagering; minimum deposit ৳300.
• vip ta Cricket Deposit Gift: 60% bonus for participating in cricket markets, up to ৳12,000; 22x wagering; minimum deposit ৳300.
• vip ta Birthday Treat: A reward of up to ৳2,000 once during the member's birthday month; 15x wagering.
• Refer a Friend vip ta Gift: A reward of up to ৳3,000 for each successful referral; 18x wagering.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• One promotion cannot be used in conjunction with another unless explicitly permitted.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, vip ta may suspend the account until an investigation is completed.
• vip ta reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Operations

All games offered on vip ta are provided by third-party software providers. The outcome of each game is determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is impartial and verifiable.

If a game session is interrupted due to a technical error or network issue, the round will generally be considered completed or void based on the state of the game at that moment. vip ta's decision on such matters will be considered final.

6.2 Sports Betting

Specific rules apply to each event in sports betting. Once a bet is accepted, it generally cannot be cancelled or changed. If an event is cancelled, the stake for the related bet will be refunded.

In a multi-bet, losing one selection means the entire bet is considered lost. A request to cancel a bet placed in the wrong amount due to an error may not be accepted.

6.3 Fair Play Policy

If an account is permanently closed and evidence of a Terms violation is found, all balances and bonuses may be forfeited.

Limitation of Liability

vip ta accepts limited liability for any loss arising from technical issues on the platform, server outages, or faults in third-party software. The actual extent of the loss will be taken into consideration depending on the circumstances.
